Dana Calverette
Dana has been married to Freddie for twenty years. After struggling through 6 painful years of "infertility", they had their oldest daughter, Karli (13). It would seem that infertility was not the issue at all, rather it was God's timing and they have since been blessed by God without any further medical intervention with three more children, Drake (11), Brant (9), and Aubree (4).
Dana graduated from Advanced Career Training in Jacksonville, Fl with a degree in Travel and Tourism and worked as a Travel Consultant until the birth of her children. She then got promoted to her dream job as a stay-at-home wife and mother. Dana is passionate about making her home a special haven for her family. She has also taken on the great privilege and joy of homeschooling her children since March of 2009.
Dana has recently rededicated her life to Christ and has been attending Crossroads Church for 3 years. She has been growing her relationship not only with God, but with her children, husband, family, and friends by seeking out God's will for her life through prayer and the Word. She is blessed to have a front row seat to witness her children discover God's role in their lives.
Dana enjoys bargain shopping, particularly "Good Will Hunting", traveling, photography, blogging, reading, snuggling with the kids, and going to church.

Daphne Gaspard, Joli Director
Daphne earned her B.S. in education from Oral Roberts University. She taught for many years before feeling the call to work alongside her husband, Richard, in the media department at Crossroads Church. Once there, Daphne discovered a passion for women's ministry and began to use this passion to create opportunities for women to connect in such a large church. She continues to make ways for women to be ministered to as they truly grasp who they are in Christ.
Daphne also serves on the worship team and is involved in creating the large productions of the church. She works hand-in-hand with local outreach programs, including Faith House, and New Life Center. But, her greatest pride and joy are her two daughters, Kylie and Katie, and raising them up to be the young women God has called them to be.
Daphne enjoys date nights with her hubby, girls' nights, cooking, blogging, traveling, and running (she doesn't really "enjoy" running, per say, but does it anyway).

Quylana Moore
Quylana grew up in Pennsylvania and came to Louisiana in 2008 to attend Master's Commission. After completing her first year, she felt in her heart that Louisiana was to become her home. She loves the good southern hospitality and the food doesn't hurt either. After being here for four years, Quylana can officially say she's settled in. She works full-time in the facilities department at Crossroads Church, which has become her second home.
When Quylana is not at work, she enjoys the company of her friends ... whether it's going to the movies, a meal out, or just sitting on the couch talking (her favorite). But just like everyone else, she also delights in time to herself. She enjoys reading a book and having a cup of coffee or tea, writing, listening to a good playlist, or even enjoy going to the movies.
Jaclyn, born and raised in Florida, moved to Lafayette in 2007 to be a student at Crossroads Master’s Commission. After graduating in 2009, she married her best friend Michael Reale and they have been married for three years. They quickly jumped into business, working together to operate their home improvement company. Recently, this past April, Jaclyn ventured out into a new adventure and opened a franchise restaurant called Cheeburger Cheeburger. She strives for God to be glorified in every aspect of both businesses and continues to be humbled by His provision and grace.
More than business, women’s ministry and discipleship are Jaclyn’s passion. She has a heart for ministering to women who have struggled with drugs, alcohol or any other type of life altering situation. She also continues to stay connected with XMC as an alumni and looks for any opportunity to share Christ’s love with those around her.
Jaclyn enjoys coffee, spending time with friends, reading, journaling and studying the Word. She loves to craft and do anything involving glitter. Jaclyn also enjoys running and has set a goal to run her first half marathon this year.
Amanda Rhoades
Amanda married her husband Jason 11 years ago. Since then she has had the privilege of serving with her husband as Student Ministry Pastors in several AG churches from coast to coast and they were founders and directors of two Master's Commission programs. God blessed them with two beautiful daughters, Jalin (7) and Abby (4) who keep them on their toes.
Amanda’s heart for discipling young ladies as well as her desire to see new believers transition into a rock-solid life with Christ has led her to seek out opportunities to serve girls of all ages both in and out of church. Amanda loves working alongside her husband as the Lord gives them opportunity to impact lives for His purpose. This passion is what propels them as they become Crossroads Church Planters in New Orleans.
Watching movies, baking with her girls, running, college football, shopping for a good deal, getting lost in a good book, date nights with her husband and all things vintage are just a few things that Amanda likes, not to mention coffee...lots of coffee.
